
Then we went to pay for the service of having them all balanced, since the tires were already purchased online by my mother-in-law as an early Christmas gift. But the cashier insisted the tires weren't paid for and suggested we owed more money than what we even have available! So after a lot of drama and pretty poor customer service, we pulled out of the parking lot with our new (and yes, already paid for over a week ago!) tires.
