I remember leaving a job once and meeting my replacement a few weeks later. She asked me why I gave up such a wonderful job. I bit my tongue, smiled, and said I needed to be home with my kids. That was not lying.....totally. She eventually figured it out.....I knew she would, but fortunately for her there was a change in management and things did get better on her watch. I was happy for her.
Two days left, and I'm gone!!! Good bye Nathan!

Aww....bitter sweet! Andy will do a good job! That is until he too gets burnt! At least he knows what he is getting himself into :)
I have never seen a cake combine both sentiments...strange
